There are plenty of simple to-do apps available for the iPhone—we reviewed a slew of them a few weeks back. But if you're looking for something with more functionality, Appigo’s Todo 1.1.1 is one of the better options, and it doesn't require a Ph.D. in Getting Things Done (GTD) to figure out how to use it.

Macworld user reviews IN DETAIL:

Best To Do List App IHave Found

I have tried a lot of to do list managers, and this one is the best that I have found. It is quite polished, has a lot of great features, and is easy to use. I like that I can synchronize my list with Toodledo.com, so I have access to the list if I forget my iPhone, and so I have a backup.

More amazing than I first thought

This is the best task manager for people who want to maintain OS integration (iCal, Mail, etc) and sync tasks to the iPhone. But there's much more. Projects, sub tasks, keywording, context and, best of all, real time syncing. And not just through iTunes, and not just over wifi, but remote sync with a server app (Appigo sync). This means you can setup a server on a plain old Mac, open the port of your choice via NAT, and viola, all synced up. And if you have MobileMe, this means all your Macs will be synced with Todo. I probably sound like I work for the company. But really, it's that good.

The app I use the most

This is the app I use more than any other on my iPhone. Very stable, very reliable, I highly recommend it. The new projects and checklists features are simply brilliant. I personally sync to iCal but they also provide sync to Toodledo and Remember the Milk.
