Macworld user reviews IN DETAIL:

Not worth $13 bucks

After searching for a documents program, I stumbled upon Quickoffice Mobile, which provides for Word, Excel, which you can edit. And then has viewing capabilities for other apps. First let me say the customer service is questionable. They require you to set up and accout in order to submit troubleshooting tickets. In the beginning creating an account did not work. Tried over and over and then one day, setting up an account finally worked. Once you submit a ticket, the follow up from customer service can be slow. However, the biggest problem is the way the app handles email attachments. You have to send files to an email account, which I guess are housed on a server and then downloaded onto your phone. This is faulty as some folks may not be comfortable sending confidential work docs to an email account on a server.Lastly for the month I've had this program this email attachment function has worked on and off. So I'm constantly contacting (or should I say emailing) customer service about this app and the email problem. There's no telephone # to contact customer service only email, which I find questionable as well. All in all this program is not worth $13 bucks.
