Postino Review

Reviewed Version: 1.0.1

Both apps create postcards, but one handles the job better

Amazingly enough, some folks still send snail mail. When the iPhone crowd mails postcards, though, they don’t need pen, paper, or even a stamp. Rather, they can look to Postino and HazelMail Postcards, two competing free apps that both aim to allow you to create and send custom photo postcards with just a few taps.

Macworld user reviews IN DETAIL:

Postcards while on the road!

This app works great for sending a physical postcard to my family when I am away! It was perfect to send picture postcards to my son when he worked at a kids camp all summer. They could not use their phones while working at camp so it was fun when I was away to send hiim pictures by postcards and he actually got mail from me at mail call!!! (I am not very good at writing so this worked for me!) You can also send email postcards for nothing but the physical cards cost $1.99 and I don't mind paying (through paypal) for them - it is so much easier than buying postcards and finding someone to sell you a stamp then mailing!!! All don't on my phone! EASY
