Mariner Software has released a new version of its spreadsheet software for Mac OS X v10.2 or higher, Mariner Calc. The new version includes file extension support in the Save dialog, new open preferences, and Find and Replace dialogs. What's more, Mariner has made a number of bug fixes and performance enhancements to Mariner Calc 5.3 as well. The new version is ready for download from the Web site and is a free update for registered users; a trial version is also available for download. Mariner Calc 5.3 costs US$69.95 to register; upgrades from previous major releases cost $24.95.
