iPlayMusic is making available free beginner’s video guitar lessons that can be played back on a video iPod.
Thirty-five beginner’s guitar lessons are being made available for free download as video podcasts. To get them, a user has only to subscribe to iPlayMusic’s video podcast feed.
iPlayMusic provides guitar-playing lessons on DVD, and also sells complete bundles that include electric or acoustic guitars and all the accessories you need to get started.
The free iPod lessons show users how to hold, tune and strum the guitar, and how to construct and play chords. The downloads also include lessons on songs from Eric Clapton, Leadbelly and Woody Guthrie, and include scrolling lyrics and chords and background music.
The lessons are culled from iPlayMusic’s Beginner Guitar Lessons Level 1 series as well as a bonus song lesson from Level 2. The DVDs cost $24.95.
