Skype mobile comes to OS X

EQO has announced Mobile for Skype, which will allow users of Mac OS X to extend Skype VoIP calling and messaging to their mobile phones. EQO Mobile lets users make and receive Skype calls and exchange Instant Messages over the Skype network from more than 45 different phone handset models from vendors including Nokia, Motorola, Palm, and Sony-Ericsson, the company said. EQO Mobile is available free to consumers as a Beta product at the EQO web site.
