My Dream App is a competition to come up with “dream apps” for Mac OS X, envisioned by regular folks and programmed by Mac shareware authors. The contest entered its third round of voting on Wednesday.
Voting will continue through 11:59 PM PDT on Thursday, Oct. 5, 2006. Users vote for their favorite ideas from the field of 12 remaining finalists. As a bonus, each voter gets a free license of Musicast, an iTunes Internet library sharing application for Mac OS X — an $18 value.
After this round of voting is tallied, the three finalists with the lowest vote totals will be eliminated. Those finalists will get newly-released iPod nanos.
