Macworld Video: Keynote highlights

Steve Jobs’ Macworld Expo keynote always sets the tone for the year in Macs; this year, it looks like we’ll be talking about set-top boxes streaming content from the computer to the TV and ultra-slim mobile phones. Jobs took to the Expo stage Tuesday to introduce Apple TV —the product formally known as iTV—and iPhone, a combination iPod/phone/communication/device.

Our video podcast features excerpts from Jobs’ keynote, with a focus on the two products that highlighted his two-hour talk—Apple TV and iPhone.

Macworld.com News Director Jim Dalrymple talks to Greg Joswiak, Apple’s vice president of worldwide iPod product marketing, for the inside scoop on the iPhone.

Apple TV was first profiled back in September when Steve Jobs previewed the product code-named iTV. You can read our first look at the product from back then, or listen to Jobs describe the product in this podcast from Apple’s September 12 “Showtime” event.
