Apple has released AirPort Base Station Update 2007-001 for Mac, an update to the software used to manage its AirPort Base Station wireless networking hardware.
The software includes what Apple describes as “general fixes and compatibility updates” for the AirPort Utility, AirPort Admin Utility used for “Graphite” and “Snow” base stations, AirPort Disk Utility and AirPort Disk Agent software.
Apple notes that only previously installed software from that list will be updated. AirPort Utility 5.1 is used for Mac OS X v10.4 or later and works with AirPort Extreme Base Station with 802.11n, AirPort Extreme Base Station and AirPort Express Base Station.
System requirements call for Mac OS X v10.4 or later and AirPort Utility 5.0.
