Equinux on Thursday announced the release of iSale 4.1, an update to their eBay selling software for Mac OS X. A free update for 4.x users, iSale 4 costs $39.95. Upgrades from previous versions are $19.95.
iSale enables Mac users to auction their products using a Mac-native interface. You can create selling pages using one of various template layouts, track running auctions, manage sold auctions and more.
The new release of iSale enables you to use Google’s free, Mac-compatible Picasa Web Albums photo sharing service to share the photos that you’ll use for your eBay auctions, saving yourself eBay fees by storing up to 1GB of images online.
Also new in this release is more contact information linked to your Mac OS X Address Book. You can view all relevant information on your previous buyers, including date, item number, eBay user name and additional auction details, using the “Notes” section of the contact.
iSale 4.1 also improves ease of use for multiple auctions; it helps you group, print, export and delete multiple auctions simultaneously. Another 10 new templates layouts have been added, upping the total to more than 160, and stability has been improved as well.
iSale requires Mac OS X v10.4 or later and is a Universal binary.
