Zevrix Solutions on Tuesday announced the release of InPreflight 2 for Adobe InDesign. It costs $70.
Preflighting software for printing workflows that utilize Adobe’s InDesign software, InPreflight 2 is aimed at service providers, printers, ad agencies, designers and publishing houses. It gives you information about all the fonts, colors and links used in a document and helps identify potential problems before documents go into production.
New features in the 2.0 release include InPreflight’s own built-in packaging feature, the ability to calculate the estimated job size for single and separate folders, feedback about packaging status, report creation for each file, the ability to update font status without re-preflighting and more.
System requirements call for Mac OS X v10.4.2 or later and InDesign CS, CS2 and CS3. InPreflight 2.0 is a Universal binary.
