Easy Mail Bcc option

Reader Marty Grauer has a blind devotion to Apple’s Mail and yet, is confounded by one less-than-obvious option. He writes:

Is there a way when opening the Address Panel from within Mail to have the address sent directly to Bcc: instead of To: and then changing them to Bcc?

Mail’s Address Panel (available from the Windows menu) doesn’t include a Bcc option, so I’d grab the other end of the stick on this one. Specifically, create a new email message, choose View -> Bcc Address Field, the open the Address Panel, and drag the recipients you want to blind carbon copy into the Bcc field.
