If you’ve just uncrated your new aluminum-clad iMac, you might want to run Software Update on it, or get on over to Apple’s Web site for iMac Software Update 1.0.
The update, intended specifically for the new machines that Steve Jobs introduced Tuesday, “provides important bug fixes,” according to Apple, which did not elaborate further.
Apple’s new iMac is slimmer than before and available in two sizes, 20 and 24-inch, clad in aluminum in glass. Inside are Intel Core 2 Duo microprocessors clocked at 2.0, 2.4 or 2.8GHz.
