Toontrack Music has released two new applications for users of EZDrummer, the company’s drum sampling application. Toontrack Solo and SoundMover are available for free to all registered users.
Toontrack Solo provides a standalone environment for EZdrummer or Superior Drummer samples. According to the company, Toontrack Solo has been optimized for real-time, low latency operation; it has full ASIO/Core Audio/Core MIDI support; a routable mixer with support for up to 16 physical outs; and support for specialist MIDI controllers.
Toontrack also released SoundMover which allows users to move their EXDrummer sample libraries onto an external or secondary hard drive, freeing up disk space on the boot drive.
Both applications are available for free to all registered users.
