1Password adds Safari 3.1 support

Agile Web Solutions on Wednesday announced the release of 1Password 2.5.12, a maintenance update to its password management utility for Mac OS X. Free for registered users, 1Password 2.5.12 costs $39.95. A trial version is available.

1Password keeps track of all Web passwords and can automate your sign-ins. You can take passwords with you on your portable devices, define multiple identities, integrate with .Mac and work with Safari, Firefox, Web Confidential and RoboForm.

1Password stopped working with Safari 3.1’s recent release; it now works again. The new release also features major improvements to 1Password Reader for Palm, integrated help, new Assistant for first time users and support for the latest Camino night builds. A version history page on the 1Password Web site documents this release’s changes.

System requirements call for Mac OS X v10.4 or later.
