By now, you’ve no doubt heard about the poor guy who missed his flight because the Transportation Security Administration didn’t believe his MacBook Air was really a computer.
But it’s not like he’s the only one who’s ever experienced Mac-related travel trouble. If you haven’t left a laptop in a taxi, searched in vain for an airport power outlet, or had a fresh battery punk out one hour into a five-hour flight, you probably know someone who has.
The fact is, hitting the road with your Mac can sometimes be a nightmare. The only thing you can do is hope to learn from your misfortune and take the steps necessary to keep that particular nightmare from visiting you again.
