FarFinder 1.0 is a new application designed to allow users the ability to access files on their Macs remotely. The company says FarFinder, brings “remote file access to the Macs of ordinary consumers.”

FarFinder is browser-based, which means you can access your files from any computer, not just a Mac. The company also includes an iPhone interface as well. While you can view files on the iPhone, you will not be able to download them to the device. You can however, email files to others with no downloading required.
The company said the interface of FarFinder has the look and feel of the Finder, so users should feel comfortable using the application.
FarFinder 1.0 is available for $20 from the company’s Web site.
