Agile Web Solutions on Monday announced the release of 1Password 2.6.5, an update to its password management software for Mac OS X. It’s a free update for registered users, and costs $34.95 to register.
1Password helps you track the passwords you use to access Web sites. The software incorporates anti-phishing technology to keep your information safe, has an automatic form filler, and keeps track of logins, secure notes, identities, credit card information, bank accounts and software registration data.
New to the 2.6.5 release is improved support for Firefox 3, and support for the Safari 4 Developer Preview, Devonagent 2.3.1. OmniWeb Sneaky Peek and Flock 2. Stability improvements have been made for PowerPC-based Macs as well.
System requirements call for Mac OS X 10.4 or later.
