Apple Store coming to Monterey, Calif.

Apple will open a new brick and mortar retail store in Monterey, Calif. on Saturday, August 9, 2008. Apple Store Del Monte opens at the Del Monte Shopping Center.

The new store is located next to Lucky Jeans and Champs Sports.

The store’s grand opening happens at 10:00 AM. Its normal operating hours are 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 8:00 AM on Saturday, and Sunday from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM. It also opens early for iPhone 3G sales: 8:00 AM Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM on Sunday.
