Information Appliance Associates’ (IAA) latest software release is PocketMac Backup for SalesForce. It costs $34.95.
SalesForce is a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software platform that enables sales professionals to track customer contacts, generate reports and account information. SalesForce is published as Software as a Service (SaaS), available to users over the Internet.
IAA bills PocketMac Backup for SalesForce as “the first tool that automatically backs up all SalesForce data to the Mac.” It runs in the background, and every 15 minutes makes a backup of your SalesForce contacts into the Mac Address Book.
System requirements call for Mac OS X 10.5 “Leopard”, and 10MB hard disk space. It’s a Universal binary.
