Ubermind offers WebObjects training

Übermind is offering a five-day training course for Web developers interested in learning more about WebObjects, Apple’s Java-based Web application server. The training takes place in Seattle, Wash. this March and costs $2,500.

WebObjects is a rapid application development environment that’s used in enterprises and elsewhere to create Web-based apps. The course gets you set up with tools and guides you through a series of labs.

The first two days of the course provide students with an overview of WebObjects, while the last three are dedicated to advanced topics including tools, best practices, Enterprise Object Framework (EOF), WEb services and deployment techniques.

Students are expected to have 3-5 months of Java programming experience, and be familiar with databases and HTML. The goal of the course is to helps students to write a fully-functional WebObjects application.
