Apple's WWDC sold out

Apple announced on its Web site Tuesday that its annual Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) has sold out for this year. The conference sold out a few weeks earlier than last year, which marked the first time WWDC sold out in its history. WWDC09 will take place in San Francisco from June 8-12. Last year's conference was the first to sell out

WWDC is Apple's conference where developers gather to learn about the latest news and development tools for Apple's various platforms. Of course, iPhone OS 3.0 will be a hot topic at this year's conference, as developers figure out what tools they have available to make the next round of cool apps. A list of conference sessions is available from Apple's Web site.

Videos will be available for purchase shortly after the conference ends for those unable to attend.
