If you've always got a bag on your shoulder or a pack on your back, Timbuk2's iPod Case is one of the more practical cases out there. Its padded, plushly lined, ballistic-nylon pouch fits your iPod like a glove and attaches securely to the strap of your bag (or even your belt). You can't access your iPod's Click Wheel or see its screen while using the case, but that's not necessarily a bad thing --- if your iPod's dangling from a strap, you want it protected all around. And with 11 color options, you're sure to find one that matches your favorite tote or backpack.

Note: This case is a new version of Timbuk2's older "iPod Case." The main differences are that the older model had a pocket to hold earbuds as well as a large flap that completely covered the top edge of the iPod; the new version does not include the pocket but uses a narrower top flap that provides easier access to the iPod's hold switch and headphone jack.--Dan Frakes
