On the heels of the iOS 4.0.1 update for the iPhone, Apple has released iOS 3.2.1 for all iPad models, addressing several issues.
The most prominent of the changes is a much-anticipated fix to Wi-Fi connectivity issues that were widely reported when Apple’s tablet came out last April. Unfortunately, the notes that accompany the release do not explain which of the reported problems have been corrected or how.
Additionally, iOS 3.2.1 adds Microsoft’s Bing as one of the search engines supported by Safari for Web searches, corrects a copy-and-paste problem related to PDF documents, addresses video performance and improves the reliability of the iPad’s video-out capabilities when using a VGA adapter with the device.
The free iOS 3.2.1 update is available now for download and installation via iTunes.
