Today is the tenth anniversary of the Apple Retail Store. They've become a very important part of Apple; they not only sell Macs, iPhones, iPods, and iPads, but they promote the Apple image. In this episode, Gary Allen of and I talk about the why the Apple Retail Stores are successful.
