Introducing Ask the iTunes Guy

Our new column to answer your questions

Do you have questions about creating smart playlists, managing iTunes libraries, ripping audiobooks, tagging tracks, adding album art, dealing with podcasts, making sense of iTunes Match, or finding alternative places to buy online music? Then you should ask the iTunes guy for help.

We’re introducing a new column on Macworld.com—dubbed Ask the iTunes Guy—to address reader questions about iTunes and related topics. Answering those questions will be senior contributor Kirk McElhearn, author of the recently updated Take Control of iTunes 10: The FAQ—Second Edition.

How does it work? Just email your questions to itunesguy@macworld.com and we’ll round up the best and most interesting ones into a periodic column that explains solutions to a number of the puzzlers on people’s minds.

And don’t forget to visit our Playlist channel for ongoing news, reviews, and how-tos on iTunes, the Apple TV, iPods, HDTVs, Blu-ray players, speakers, headphones, e-readers, and more.
