An offer of iTunes advice

Take a breath, clear you mind, and answer me this: Which Apple application do you find most frustrating? If you answered “iTunes” you’re in good company (if you consider a good portion of Macworld editors the kind of company you prefer to keep). Much as we love a lot of Apple’s work, iTunes increasingly irks us. In this episode we explore our frustrations and what Apple might do about them. We additionally turn our critical gaze on the Messages beta application.
