Sonnet Technologies has announced its new 21-in-1 Multimedia Memory Card Reader & Writer. The card fits in ExpressCard/34 expansion slots, such as those found in the MacBook Pro. It costs $29.95 and will be available on December 19, 2007.
The device can read from and write to 21 different flash memory card formats, including those used in digital cameras, cell phones and other electronic devices. Formats supported by the device include Memory Stick, MultiMedia Card (MMC), Secure Digital (SD), xD-Picture card and all their variations.
System requirements call for Mac OS X v10.4 or later and an available ExpressCard/34 slot.
