Ecamm Network on Friday announced the relase of DockStar 2.1, an update to their e-mail notification software for Mac OS X. A free update for registered users, DockStar costs $9.95. A demo is available.
DockStar adds five badges on the Mail dock icon, to let you know the status of e-mail in various accounts and folders.
Version 2.1 brings new clickable indicators on the menu bar, adds support for RSS feed monitoring and To Do items, and improves Smart Mailbox support for users of Mac OS X v10.5 Leopard.
System requirements call for Mac OS X v10.3.9 or later and Mail 1.3 or higher.
