MacBook to ModBook in about a minute

We know that tablet computers aren’t for everyone, but you know what is? Stop-motion videos showing the conversion of a run-of-the-mill MacBook into a tablet computer. Upgrade and repair firm TechRestore has done another of their stop-motion films, this one documenting the process of turning an innocent vanilla MacBook into an ultimate killing machine. Or, at least, an Axiotron ModBook. But enough talk: bring on the video!

Pretty sweet. Right now they’re offering a deal where you can send in your own MacBook to be turned into a ModBook for just $1,149 and that’s overnight. I mean, if you gave them a couple weeks, they could probably turn it into a trans-dimensional teleportation device or something.
