Live Blog: Apple announces 2013 third-quarter earnings

Apple on Tuesday reported sales of $35.3 billion and profit of $6.9 billion for its fiscal third quarter. Revenue was essentially flat from the $35 billion Apple tallied last year while profits fell 22 percent.
