iSweet FireWire webcam designed for Apple laptops

If Apple's iSight doesn't fit the bill for your PowerBook or iBook, maybe Harmonic Inversion's iSweet will. It's a FireWire-based webcam that the company said is designed specifically for Apple PowerBook and iBook laptop computers.

The iSweet uses a Sony-built one-quarter inch color CCD, and measures 77 mm wide x 32 mm high by 21 mm deep (about 3 x 1.26 x .83 inches) and weighs about 50 grams (1.76 ounces). Included with the iSweet are hard and soft carrying cases, a 6-pin FireWire cable, tripod mount, combination laptop/monitor clip and buff cloth, as well as documentation. It costs US$129.
