Sonnet offers high-capacity iPod battery

Sonnet Technologies Inc. on Thursday announced the release of new high-capacity batteries for Apple’s iPod and iPod mini. The new batteries cost US$29.95 or $39.95 depending on which model of iPod you have, and are available for the first four generations of iPod, as well as all iPod minis.

Sonnet includes in the package all required tools to replace your battery yourself, as well as detailed instruction videos in English, French, German and Japanese.

The new replacement batteries provide up to 78 percent greater capacity than the original battery.
