Flixpo.com offers video clips for iPod, PSP

How2Share Technologies on Wednesday introduced Flixpo.com, a new service that provides users of Apple iPods and Sony Playstation Portables (PSPs) with video content for their devices, including movie trailers, independent shorts and comedy reviews. The downloads are offered for free.

Videos are available for viewing online. Users can then download them — the files can be added in iTunes and synced to video-capable iPods. Although iPods and PSPs both take MPEG-4 video, Flixpo has provided separate downloads depending on which portable player you’re using.

Clips are divided into “Channels,” including Funny Ads, Risqué Ads, Popular Clips, Comedy, Indie Video, Extreme Sports, Wild Kingdom, Game Machinima, Movie Trailers and Loading Ready Run, Flixpo’s independent film repository.
