iSkin Claro protects video iPod with clear case

iSkin’s new Claro case is a clear, polycarbonate case for Apple’s 30GB video iPod. It costs $39.99.

The iSkin Claro features a “ClaroCoat” anti-scratch coating and “Si” (silicone inside) layering to provide a soft inner layer that protects the iPod against shock and moisture. iSkin also plans to sell the Si layers separately as “Claro slims” for $24.99.

The Claro features a belt clip with integrated kick stand, to set the iPod vertically on a table so you can view video without having to hold it.

Claro slims come in multi-color packs, including the Chill Pack (ebony black, ghost glow-in-the-dark white to blue and sonic blue) and the Cruise Pack (blush pink, blaze red and prince purple). Also available are iSkin’s Cerulean XLR earphones in matching colors.
