Saitek intros palm-sized speaker system

Saitek Audio announced the My Spkr A-100 on Tuesday, a new portable speaker small enough to fit in the palm of your hand.

The My Spkr A-100 uses a 3.5 mm audio jack to play music from iPods, mobile phones and other digital music players. An iPod nano stand, scratch-resistant case, and 3.5 mm and 2.5 mm audio cables are also included. The company claims the speakers can run up to 12 hours on four AA batteries.

The My Spkr A-100 will be available exclusively through Amazon in September 2006 and has a suggested retail price of $69.99.

Saitek Audio’s Web site was not updated with information on the A-100 as Playlist posted this article.
