NewsFire updates adds Leopard compatibility

Shareware developer David Watanabe has updated his popular RSS reader NewsFire, bringing the current version to 1.4v68. Among the changes in the latest release is a compatibility fix with Mac OS X Leopard, Apple’s new operating system that was demoed at its developer’s conference last week in San Francisco. The new version also allows users to add prefix/suffix string rules, according to Watanabe. NewsFire is an easy to use RSS reader that features search, smart feeds and the ability to group and label your feeds. NewsFire costs $18.99 and is available from the developer’s Web site.
