MacPractice partners with MedAvant

MacPractice on Wednesday announced plans to integrate its MacPractice MD software with services from MedAvant Healthcare Solutions.

MacPractice MD is practice management for doctor’s offices — it helps with patient record keeping and insurance billing, scheduling and more. MedAvant is a major provider of healthcare transaction processing services. MacPractice said it’s the only MedAvant vendor dedicated to Mac OS X.
