iPodage widget shows iPod song capacity

Ever wonder how many songs your iPod can actually store? Now you can find out using Christian Chladek’s iPodage widget for Tiger’s Dashboard software.

iPodage helps you estimate how many songs your iPod can hold by choosing the average song length and determining the capacity of your iPod. iPodage then lists a table of song totals by bit rate — everything from 96 Kbps to Apple Lossless format. You can also specify a custom bitrate.

System requirements call for Mac OS X v10.4 or later. It’s a Universal binary.
