MacSoft publishes Garage Sale eBay software

Destineer subsidiary MacSoft — best known as a purveyor of Mac games like the forthcoming Age of Empires 3 — announced Tuesday that it has partnered with Iwascoding to publish to retailers a version of Garage Sale, the eBay auction software for Mac OS X. Garage Sale costs $29.99.

Garage Sale enables eBay sellers to create better-looking auction pages than the default tools in eBay allow. The software includes more than 70 design templates, integrates with iPhoto, offers FTP and .Mac-based image hosting, and sports a built-in scheduler and auction tracking capabilities. It also integrates UPS shipping capabilities.

Garage Sale is a Universal binary that runs natively on Intel and PowerPC-based Macs. System requirements call for Mac OS X v10.3.9 or later.
