REALbasic updated for Leopard

REAL Software has released REALbasic 2007 Release 5, an update to their application development software for Mac OS X, Windows and Linux. It’s a free update for registered users. REALbasic is priced starting at $200.

REALbasic combines an Integrated Development Environment (IDE) with an object-oriented programming language and a cross-platform object framework and cross compiler that lets you deploy for native executables for multiple operating systems.

REALbasic 2007 Release 5 incorporates more than 100 changes to the previous release. Most importantly for Mac developers, REAL Software has qualified Release 5 for use with Mac OS X v10.5 “Leopard.”
