Just like the traditional mailbox, email is used less for social purposes but remains a fundamental repository for the receipt and management of important transactions. And just like traditional mail, unless you maintain an efficient filing system, laying your hands on exactly what you need, when you need it, can be a tiresome task.

Mail Boxed is your postman and secretary rolled into one. It is a reference finder tool that enables you to quickly and easily access online purchase details such as transactions, booking references and check-in details.

The concept is simple: Mail Boxed filters your emails to search for keywords indicating an online confirmation email. It then automatically files the email under intuitive headings according to pre-determined rules. The result: your parking booking confirmation is exactly where it should be; your airline check-in details are easily accessible without the need for a paper print out and you never have to rummage embarrassingly through your inbox searching for an email with a queue of people waiting impatiently behind you.
