Pros

Inexpensive time clock option for small and large businesses
Can be customized to suit a wide variety of business needs
Can be used over a wide area network or on a single computer
Supports both Macs and PCs

Cons

Process of adding users requires too much interaction with save dialogs
Not possible to delete more than one employee at a time
Deleting an employee displays too many "are you sure you want to delete?" dialogs
