How is information shared between AccountEdge Mobile and AccountEdge? AccountEdge Mobile syncs with AccountEdge 2011 using Dropbox, a free and secure web-based file hosting service. AccountEdge 2011 creates lists, including customers, vendors, items, activities and jobs. These lists are shared with AccountEdge Mobile for use in transactions. Transactions are created in AccountEdge Mobile. Transactions include quotes, orders, invoices, activity slips, and spend money. Transactions created on your iPad or iPhone device are then sent back to your desktop version of AccountEdge.
