Discover the Constitution in a whole new way with the National Constitution Center's exciting new application. Produced in conjunction with Drexel University's School of Education, users will now have unique access to the Center's programs, from the convenience of your iPhone or iPod. The National Constitution Center is America's most interactive history museum, and the only museum devoted to the U.S. Constitution and the story of We, the People. People of all ages will enjoy this engaging new application, whether you stop by to visit the Center, located in Historic Philadelphia, or prefer to experience what the Center has to offer from afar. Learn new things and gain a deeper understanding of our country's most important document. Users will have the ability to purchase audio tours from both the Center's main exhibition, the Story of We the People and Signer's Hall, as well as tours of special traveling exhibitions, including the Center's current exhibition, Art of the American Soldier, curated exclusively from the U.S. Army Art Program's unparalleled collection, offering visitors rare and intimate views of the soldier experience. App users will also have access to the Center's Newswire, which updates daily with constitutionally relevant news stories; a copy of the United States Constitution; a special preview of the Center's world renowned Freedom Rising show; and a live feed of the Center's Constitution Blog. The National Constitution Center is an independent, non-partisan, and non-profit organization dedicated to increasing public understanding of, and appreciation for, the Constitution, its history, and its contemporary relevance, through an interactive, interpretive facility within Independence National Historic Park and a program of national outreach, so that "We the People" may better secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity.
