RadarUS is a free (no ads, ever!) app that displays animated weather radar data in the continental United States. You can view radar data as an animated movie or, with the full animation controls available in RadarUS, single step forwards or backwards to get a better idea of the weather headed your way. And, RadarUS always remember the last location you viewed so you can quickly check for updates to your local weather.
