The workouts are progressive – each building on the last – and are a challenging mixture of strength, endurance, and cross-training exercises designed to train your whole body. Completing them gives you well rounded, balanced results.
Exercises range from core to linear / body building, plyometric (jump) training, functional and combination movements, agility & balance, Pilates movements, even interval training. The result? Full body strength, from heels to hands.
The secret of our program is in the workout design. Each 12-exercise workout is circuit style, moving you from exercise to exercise in 3 rounds with little recovery. Each round is completed twice. This gets you in and out of the gym in under an hour, maximizing your time, delivering ripped results, and setting the stage for anywhere you want to take your training.
