Adam Audio's F5 is a great compact, near-field monitor for those who take their music (and music making) seriously.

There's a lot to like here, but the TD-M1 needs a more powerful amp and better bass repsonse to fully justify its lofty price tag.

If you're looking for a big multi-room speaker, Samsung's Shape system is a viable alternative to what Sonos has on offer.
