Pros: Comes with everything, including two films, a movie-watching stand, a screen cleaner, and a universal dock adapter; excellent protection; unique mix of hard and soft materials; wide variety of color options.

Cons: Case can be tricky to install; interlocking design may not appeal to all users; fit isn't quite perfect.

This case was hard to remove from its packaging. Once out, it was then a bit tricky to separate the two components to get at the instructions and extras hiding inside the case. Installing the film was simple, as was the soft skin. When I went to install the hard case, though, it wrinkled the film I had put on. The second attempt, with the second film, went fine. Once installed, there are spots where the thin chrome bezel of the iPhone showed around the matte black rubber silicone; this was visually annoying, but didn't affect usability.--Rob Griffiths
