Connectix Corp. on Wednesday released an update to its PC emulator for the Macintosh, Virtual PC. The update addresses several issues bringing the most current version to 6.0.1.

According to Connectix, the update Fixes an issue on G3 machines that caused Virtual PC to unexpectedly quit when a PC was restarted or launched in full screen mode; Fixed a related issue which caused the configuration associated with a PC to become corrupted after restarting or launching in full screen mode on G3 machines; made changes to allow Quicken TurboTax Deluxe to install and run properly within Virtual PC; and minor corrections to the Japanese localization of Virtual PC.
